2009 Maine Vacation Package Rates

These are NOT one night rates. They are for the entire stay, including meals. The longer you stay the better the rates. These rates are per person (including children), double occupancy, plus 17% service charge and 7% sales tax. No Tipping!

Deposit required: $20.00 per person. We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. Your balance is due 30 days before check-in date by check or for your convenience, we will automatically charge the balance to your credit card. See complete cancellation policy below.

In all of our inn rooms and cottages, remember to bring your own soap, towels, room glasses, facial tissues, and an extra pillow, if you like.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Spring & Fall Check-in: Begins at noon

Summer Check-in: Begins at 4 PM (as our departing guests do not check out until 11 AM) June 21 - August 28.

All check-outs: By 11 AM at the Maine Inn.

CHECK-IN LOCATIONS:

Friday Check-in: All at the Maine Inn.

Sunday Check-in: Begins at 4 PM. Maine Inn and Cottages check-in at the Maine Inn.

Presidential Inn and Motor Court Inn check-in 4 - 5 PM at Presidential Inn.

After 5 PM, all buildings check-in at the Maine Inn.

Your confirmation will be mailed to you. Your balance is due 30 days before check-in date. We prefer by check, or for your convenience, we will automatically charge the balance to your credit card.

Single Supplements: We know its unfair but with our low rates, all rooms at the Maine Inn are double occupancy. Motor Inn and Presidential Inn 150% single supplement applies.

Key Deposit: A $2.00 per person key deposit is automatically charged to your bill and refunded in cash when keys are returned upon check-out at the Maine Inn.

Pets: Sorry, no pets allowed except service dogs. Boarding kennels are nearby, call for details.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any cancellation or change requests should be made at least thirty (30) days prior to your reserved arrival date. Requests for cancellation or changes may be made by calling our office at: (207) 998-4351Monday - Friday 9 AM to 5 PM.

If you must cancel the reservation, 30 days or more prior to scheduled arrival, you may choose to either:

Transfer your deposit to another reservation date in 2009, less a $5.00 processing fee per room.

If you prefer, we will issue a transferable Credit Voucher good for two years for the deposit, less a $5.00 processing fee per room. The voucher can be used toward your unpaid balance on future reservations.

If you cancel your reservation less than 30 days before check-in you will receive back only the deposit portion (as a Credit Voucher), service charge, entertainment tickets, lobster tickets and any taxes paid.

It is always a good idea to take the Protection Plan to protect your balance.

If you cancel within the last 24 hours prior to check-in time there is no refund, however, you may transfer the reservation to another person for the same dates.

Vacation Packages Protection Plan

Plan for the unexpected!

Understanding that "things" do happen, we offer our own Protection Plan... to protect you from losing your balance portion of your vacation.

The charge is $15.00 per person, payable with your balance, 30 days before check-in. This will give you full balance protection, for any reason you have to cancel, up to 24 hours before the check-in time! You will receive a full refund for the balance portion, minus the protection plan cost, plus a Credit Voucher for the deposit of $20.00 per person. The Protection Plan is only available when you make your reservation and is non-refundable.
