Poland Spring Resort - Accommodations

You have many choices of buildings and room types. There are three Inns and eleven Cottages surrounding our beautiful golf course. Rooms are on 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floors. There are no elevators. At the Maine Inn, there is a handicap ramp to one wing and one handicap room.

All our rooms are very clean and comfortably, but simply, furnished. We supply all bed linens, including one pillow per person. Please bring your own towels, soap and room glasses. All bedrooms have air-conditioning in the summer and heat in the spring and fall.

The Maine Inn

The main dining room, relaxing smoke-free lobby, large veranda, Rick’s Pub, gift shop, entertainment areas, game rooms, reading room, and library are all located here. The rooms here have a small color non-cable TV. Room choices:

Select: Large room with twins, doubles, or king bed. Convenient to everything. Some non-smoking.

Mountain View: Large room with view of the golf course. Doubles or king bed. Some non-smoking.

Junior Suite: Extra-sized room with lounge area, a king bed and refrigerator. No view.

Penthouse Suite: Great view… king sized room with living area. King bed, large color TV, refrigerator, and more. Our version of the Ritz (not the cracker.)

The Presidential Inn

A Victorian classic. Five minute walk from the Maine Inn. Built in 1912 and fully renovated in 1982. Exercise room, gathering room (may be reserved in advance for reunions or conferences, etc.), games and guest activity room on ground floor. The rooms here all have a small color non-cable TV. All Presidential Inn rooms are non-smoking. Room choices:

Standard: Typical hotel room... you won’t get lost in it, but you can’t hide either. Twins or queen bed. Some non-smoking.

Deluxe: Nice large room with small price. Twins or king bed and refrigerator. Some non-smoking.

Junior Suite: Extra-sized room with lounging area. Most with a king bed, one with two bedrooms with twins and fireplace. All with a refrigerator. Some non-smoking.

Full Suite: Living room and bedroom with king... all with a refrigerator. One with a working fireplace.

The Motor Court Inn

On the 12th hole of the golf course. Our least expensive rooms, just right for golf groups and those looking to save big money. A 1/4 mile drive from the Maine Inn. There is an unlit nature trail to stroll to the Maine Inn for meals. No TV’s in the rooms, however, the lobby does have a large non-cable TV for viewing. Room choices:

Subcompact: When you smile, your cheeks touch the walls ... and you’ll smile a lot at the price. 2nd floor. Twin beds only.

Compact: A bit bigger. First and second floor with twin beds or one queen. Some non-smoking.

Junior Suite: Extra-sized room with lounge area, a king bed and refrigerator. Second floor. Scenic golf course view.
